Sujai Banerji

I studied Chemistry as an undergraduate at the University of Delhi in India. Following that, I moved to Fairbanks, Alaska in the United States for my Master’s degree where I chased wildfires to understand their impact on the atmosphere. During that time, I realized that the differences in the boreal forests between North America and Northern Europe are not well understood. So, this became the topic of my Ph.D. at the University of Helsinki in Finland, which is where I am currently based. When I am not working, I am listening to podcasts and when I am not listening to podcasts, I am working on one, as one of the hosts for The Science Basement Podcast.
