Episode 14 – Polluting the air whilst cooking – with Lubna Dada

Welcome back to The Science Basement Podcast!

Our guest this week is Lubna Dada, who is a doctoral student at the Institute for Atmospheric and Earth System Research (INAR), University of Helsinki. She works on aerosols and how particles are formed in the air. We have a chance to talk with her about particles that float in the air and various factors that contribute to air pollution!

…and, of course, it wouldn’t be an episode of the TSB podcast without a science anecdote. This time we talk about the ozone hole and the Montreal Protocol!
